Varmoda and IT Pandits have formed Varmoda Pandits, an 8(a) HUBZone joint venture created to pursue and deliver federal technology work under the small business programs that agencies rely on to reach their socioeconomic goals. The venture pairs Varmoda’s enterprise delivery record with the reach of a HUBZone partner, giving contracting officers a single, set-aside eligible team for modernization work.
Varmoda Pandits brings both firms’ experience to bear across SAP, financial systems and ERP modernization, along with application development, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity and data services, with a shared quality and security framework governing every engagement. IT Pandits also brings Top Secret cleared personnel, allowing the venture to support work at higher classification levels.
Varmoda and Patriot LLC Launch SDVOSB Joint Venture, Varmoda Patriots

Varmoda and Patriot LLC have formed Varmoda Patriots, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business joint venture built to carry extensive qualifications in service desk operations, software development and enterprise IT support to federal customers. The venture gives agencies an SDVOSB pathway backed by the delivery depth of both partners.
What the venture brings
Service desk and end user support: Tiered support operations with measurable service levels.
Software development: Agile delivery, modernization and sustainment of mission applications.

The rename is a branding change only. Existing agreements, program staffing and delivery commitments remain in place, and all prior past performance continues to carry forward under the new name.
